In MBO below this 400Rpm there is no reduction in fibre rupture but opening of the material getting poor.
v In step cleaner speed reduction as well as Buffalow plate setting reduced
from 10MM to 5MM. Because fibre tranport from one to other beater poor.
v In Scutcher, speed of beater increased to reduce waste, because
insufficient opening leads to more lint loss
v Beater to fan speed ratio found too high,so it was reduced 2.50 to 1.50
